Scholars who are experts in their respective fields from Türkiye, the Balkan countries, and various international academic institutions have been included in the committees. The committees have been formed with an approach that takes into account institutional coordination and academic diversity. In this regard, the Honorary Board is responsible for the representative and prestigious dimension of the organization; the Regulatory Board for the planning, implementation, and institutional coordination of the symposium; the Advisory Board for academic and strategic guidance; and the Scientific Board for the evaluation of papers in accordance with scientific criteria, the support of peer-review processes, and the assurance of the symposium’s academic quality.
