The symposium will be held in person at International Balkan University in Skopje, North Macedonia. Papers will not be accepted for online presentation.

Symposium papers must be uploaded to the system as full texts, together with a plagiarism report.

Papers will be evaluated through a blind peer-review process, and authors of accepted papers will be notified by email.

The presentation languages of the symposium are Turkish and English.

Symposium papers may have a maximum of three authors. For multi-authored papers, only one author will be invited.

Participation in the symposium is free of charge.
